Overview
Asia Media Studio is a creative agency based in Bangkok that’s been operating for 15 years.
We work with corporate clients such as Nissan, Formica, Baxter, Villeroy & Boch but also with SMEs to create compelling branding and marketing strategies that help our clients achieve that differentiation from the competition and draw customers to them.
Our office is located in the center of Bangkok (Asoke) with a team of 25+ members. We are looking for someone with experience in a client-facing role, and experience/knowledge in the field to get hands-on with our marketing campaigns for local and international clients.
Responsibilities
The Key skills for this Job are the ability to take all the client needs under management and coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure the campaign is performing at its best regarding client KPIs.
Our philosophy is to get our marketing consultant team to manage client accounts with partial autonomy and provide all the needed resources available (Designers - Photographers - budget for copywriting / Animation etc…). Qualifications
- You are curious about the latest marketing trends and have a proven track record in managing social media or PPC campaigns + Analyse results using analytics tools
- You like to be in contact with your clients and take the phone to clarify something when needed
- You have a strong branding sensibility / you know how to recognize great ads when you see one.
- You are organized and data-driven.
- You are curious and know how to ask Google when you encounter a problem
- You like to take ownership of your task and be autonomous
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Fluent in English and native Thai
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field (If you have not graduated but can prove a track record on your personal experience that is also highly appreciated.)
- At least 3-5 years of experience working with clients (Agency - Side)
Content Coordination and Strategy: Coordinate the planning and development of social media content, prepare content calendars and design briefs, and develop digital strategies aligned with client goals.
Client Communication and Management: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing relationships, handling requests for revisions, and ensuring timely delivery of work.
Campaign and Media Management: Oversee campaign timelines, milestones, and tasks using project management tools like Asana. Manage and optimize social media and online advertising platforms including Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
Reporting and Analysis: Responsible for scheduling and posting content, analyzing performance, and preparing detailed reports on social media and ad campaigns. Provide strategic recommendations based on these insights.
Budget Oversight: Monitor media spending for all ongoing digital projects and campaigns.
Sales Support: Actively participate in the pre-sales process, collaborating with the sales team to provide expertise and enhance client business opportunities.
